Who can participate?
The STEAM Mega Fair
The ML WS STEAM Mega Fair takes place between June 3rd to 20th.
There are various components to the Fair including the Science, Technology, Arts, Mathematics and components.
The STEAM Fair will be a non-competitive virtual exhibition of all things STEAM with the Science, Fine Arts and Technology Systems coming together to show off the best of their best on the STEAM website.
Dates:
Semester 1:
In-School TECH Fairs: December 2023 (flexible within each campus ; Online or Physical)
Semester 2:
In-School TECH Fairs: May, 2024 (flexible within each campus ; Online or Physical)
System-wide Virtual Mega STEAM Fair:
June 3 - 20 (Virtual)
Participation:
All Maple Leaf Students Grades 10 to 12
Formation of Projects
Projects can take the form of:

a science experiment or demonstration
-
an invention or functional item designed to solve a problem (engineering design)
-
a model or collection related to the theme
-
an artistic representation or exploration (painting, sculpture, poem, story, music,etc)

Must include a video presentation
