I think, therefore, I STEM

Here on the Wuhan campus, we believe in cultivating STEM literacy within our students in everybody’s business. In term four, seven teachers at the International School and five at the Foreign National school agreed to join forces and take their students on an Integrative STEM exploration when Sphero, the new bot, joined our school community.

Sphero is a complete STEM-based curriculum that aims to transform k-12 education by providing lessons that “encourages exploration, imagination, and perseverance through STEAM and computer science offers an easy way to develop students STEM literacy in any course regardless of discipline. Each lesson includes activities that will help build the following STEM skills in students: Problem Solving, Creativity Thinking, Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, and Collaborative and Reflective Skills (Key competencies of the World School Curriculum).
